Last week my high school child was in the stage crew of their #highSchool #musical. They where told to wear all #black, they had no such pants that fit. I would of been willing to go out & buy some, but no. They took two pairs of black pants from middle school & used the #sewing machine they keep on their desk & sowed them together so they fit.

Das Phantom-MakeUp ist zudem ein Witz verglichen mit der Bühnenversion. Dort ist das wesentlich krasser. Ja, irgendwie muss man die FSK-Freigabe ja halten.🙄

Ich würde trotzdem allen mal empfehlen die Musicalversion aus der londoner Albert Hall auf YouTube mal anzusehen. Das ist ein ganz anderes Kaliber von Theater. Schon allein der endgeile Bühnenaufbau. Da hab ich mich echt verliebt.

Da ich die Tage auf YouTube die londoner Bühnenversion gesehen habe musste ich jetzt nochmal den Film rausholen. Ich hatte völlig verdrängt dass diese Version die Todsünde aller Filmmusicals - nämlich deutsch synchronisierte Songs - hatte. Schont eure Ohren und nehmt den Originalton, bitte bitte!

Der Film stammt übrigens - auch das hatte ich irgendwie verdrängt - von Joel Schumacher. Ja, DER Joel-ich-kleb-Batman-Nippel-an-Schumacher. Der Look des Films ist aber passend opulent.
