In the 1980s, the U.S. government stopped enforcing price discrimination laws, letting large supermarkets use their size to leverage better prices from suppliers. This led to the closure of many small, independent groceries and helped create today's food deserts. Abby and Edward discuss the shift from grocery stores being neighborhood assets to regional destinations and how that extracts wealth from communities. Then they share bottom-up ways that everyday people can address these food shortages in their communities.

OK, starting a new series, and a new stroll, which took place on February 27th. There are few shots before this one but I thought they are kinda boring to, without much to them, so I've decided to skip forward into this series from this stroll.
In this stroll, I've picked my modified camera (i.e. adjusted to shoot IR, UV and visible light), and fitted it with Voigtländer 20mm lens, but without any filters. I've set my mind on shooting for HDR in this stroll, so most of the images were processed from HDRs in this series (there are some that weren't but probably I won't post them; kinda boring).
So, starting with this scene here, which is around the corner from my house, and what made it special to me is the sky, which was plain white to the naked eye, but details show when processing the image from HDR. This said, I had to work for some time on processing the colors; using a modified camera anyway means unrealistic colors after all.
