  • I don't believe in #marketing #lies and #Signal can't (and won't) be able to evidence that they don't log shit.

At least they should be honest about things and not claim bs, cuz demanding a #PhoneNumber is just #KYC with extra steps like demanding any #SSN or other #PII. Makes them look like chinese MMORPGs that demand ID card numbers for account signups, thus #paywalling the ability to use their service anonymously...

Not sure that the Untied Kingdom will row back on its AUKUS nuclear submarine partnership with Australia in favour of Europe as a result of #TraitorTrump's siding with Putin rather than the West.

UK will need new nuclear boats to counter Putin's Russia as much as Oz will need them to counter Xi's China, and both countries will continue to benefit from collaboration (especially when #Trump withdraws our nuclear security clearances).

#MachineLearning is a key use for the #data.

Should we also be looking at #Croissant?

  • Es bedarf dafür nichtmals eine #Meldeanschrift; lediglich eine c/o - Addresse (bspw. Aufnahmeeinrichtung oder Postfach) reicht. Unterlagen wie Karte u.ä. können i.d.R. in der Filiale abgeholt werden.

Nur ein Ausweisdokument mit Foto und Unterschrift (und für #US-Staatsbürger*innen #SSN wegen #FATCA) reichen.

  • Terminvereinbarung wird streng empfohlen, genauso wie das Ausfüllen des Antragsformulars.
BaFinBasiskontoGrundsätzlich haben alle Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher, die sich rechtmäßig in der Europäischen Union aufhalten, einen Anspruch auf ein Basiskonto nach dem Zahlungskontengesetz (ZKG). Das schließt auch Personen ohne festen Wohnsitz und Asylsuchende ein. Personen ohne Aufenthaltstitel, die aber aus rechtlichen oder tatsächlichen Gründen nicht abgeschoben werden können (Geduldete), haben ebenfalls diesen Anspruch.

I got one of those unsolicited credit card offers in the mail. There is an opt-out phone number that supposedly stops these offers for 5 years from all 3 credit reporting companies. The recording gives some generic company name. #credit #creditcards #experian

But it wants me to provide my social security number.
