Changes are bound to happen in the world of broadcast but I really hate to see Joy Reid, one of my favorites, to.

‘A laughable argument’: Donald Trump seeks to dismiss classified documents case, citing immunity

Harry Litman, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General, Betsy Woodruff Swan, Politico National Correspondent, and Glenn Kirschner, former Assistant U.S. Attorney join Alicia Menendez in for Nicolle Wallace on Deadline White House with reaction to Donald Trump’s new presidential immunity claim this time in the classified documents case, and how despite how frivolous the claim is, it continues to play into his legal team's strategy of delay, delay, delay.

This very much involves, both in the discussion and behind the scenes, the Aileen Cannon Comedy Hour.

‘A dismal showing for challengers to Donald Trump’: Neal Katyal on Supreme Court hearing

youtube.com/watch?v=mvv7Q2KCTh

The three guests here did not entirely agree with one another, except that the Colorado case was not well presented. Well worth watching but you may want to have a box of Kleenex at your side.

‘Entirely Inappropriate’ - Weissmann reacts Biden Documents Special Counsel’s report

Andrew Weissmann, former top official at the Justice Department and Neal Katyal, former Acting U.S. Solicitor General join Alicia Menendez in for Nicolle Wallace on Deadline White House react to the Special Counsel report dealing with the investigation President Joe Biden’s handling for classified documents, and why it was inappropriate for Special Counsel Robert Hur, providing commentary of President Biden’s age and memory, rather than sticking to the facts with the news that President Biden will not be charged with any crimes.

Andrew Weissmann: ‘This would be a very bad development for Donald Trump’

youtube.com/watch?v=0i7697Ca5b

This has mainly to do with the Manhattan Alvin Bragg case, which starts with a hush-money payment and complicates itself from there. In a way, the delay in the District of Columbia case pushes Donald Trump from the frying pan into the fire. The charges against Donald Trump in the Manhattan case are, after all, felony charges.

Personally, I am still waiting for Trump to be charged in his capacity as a tax cheat.

‘He thinks he is above the law’: Donald Trump storms out of Manhattan courtroom

This is a pretty amazing discussion. It is well worth the time it takes to watch and hear it.

Trying to denigrate the rule of law. Just remember, this is a former president of the United States.

Andrew Weissmann's comments have the double advantage of being brief and looking bad for the scoundrel, Donald Trump.

‘Everybody’s jaw just dropped’: Donald Trump takes the stand in E. Jean Carroll defamation trial

youtube.com/watch?v=HnXybDx9lw

If it was me, I would have made a caption for this video out of Harry Litman's comments including at the end.

Anyway, this is a very interesting discussion of the E. Jean Carroll defamation case and Donald Trump's apparently useless testimony today.

Evidently Donald Trump badmouthed the United States yet again, this time on his way out of court. This is a horrid country because it is making Trump accountable for his acts.
