I hate golfing. It's typically really hot and boring and my hand to eye coordination is awful. On the other hand, I'm pretty adept at eating and drinking so the KGA more than satisfies my needs. Sidebar, there is one annoying thing about this place (besides having a dress code) and that is they have several menus and each has a dedicated team of waiters, so you need to hail specific waiters to order from specific menus. It works in the end because most people like to lounge out over the course of a Sunday afternoon, but this is not the spot for a quick anything!

PVR Cinema, Bangalore. 2023. I was so mind blown by how beautiful this theater is. This is the theater lounge, which has counters serving various cuisines (Including dim sum, which I was able to order from my chair inside the theater!). The last time I was here, they were getting ready to also open a bar so perhaps cocktails might be something on the menu next time.

Meanwhile, the HSR-Iblur stretch has been jammed every morning for the past few weeks due to #NammaMetro construction.
The #Metro crushes you in #Bangalore, whether you take it or not. 
I paid ₹76 today, instead of ₹47.5, for my usual route on #NammaMetro – that’s a hike of 60% overnight! 
That’s more than 6% YoY across 8 years since the last revision. 
No wonder the #Metro was less crowded today.
Sunday morning on #BMTC is generally different, & I paid for the ticket online which was definitely useful. It would’ve helped if the scanner was with the ticket machine rather than just stickers on the bus.
