CARNAGHINO
½ oz pistachio cream liqueur
½ oz chocolate cream liqueur
1½ oz cognac
Garnish: chocolate powder
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a small glass and dust with chocolate powder as garnish.
A rich and creamy dessert cocktail, this one is hard not to gulp down! For garnish I did nutmeg instead of chocolate powder for that extra somethin. Spec is on Difford's Guide, created by Gabriele Carnaghi.
