80 years on and it's barely remembered at all, except for the occasional English politician trying to convince their acolytes that Albion will rise again.

Stare to Heaven

OK, back to my stroll pictures, which took place February 27th. Just a random abstract from the playground. Actually the shot was, again, shot from waist level without looking at the camera, but I'm kinda happy with the result! I didn't notice the composition or anything till I sorted out the images when I got back home. Even though it is also processed in HDR, but I didn't go berserk with tone-mapping and stuck to normalcy here.

@ionica wat geeft ze ontzettend goed weer wat vrouwen meemaken in de wetenschap. Ik ben pas op oudere leeftijd gepromoveerd ondanks alle tegenwerkingen en opmerkingen. Was de eerste bij het Ruud de Moorcentrum van de @OpenUniversiteit dat beviel de heren niet. De naam werd veranderd in #LOOK en de eerstvolgende mannelijke promovendus werd triomfantelijk aangekondigd als de eerste promovendus. Eén van de vele voorbeelden van tegenwerking, pesterijen etc. Discriminatie is nog alom
