Ok, I have a unique #Mac #iTunes #MusicApp question that I’m hoping someone can help me with.

I have a large iTunes library in an old #Macmini with MacOS 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and I want to migrate it to an #iMac running MacOS 12 (Monterey).

I have the full iTunes folder copied to the iMac. When I open the Music app with the option key it lets me select the file but then gives the error “iTunes Library.itl does not appear to be a valid library.”

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I really don't hear RiMusic get talked about very often. It's probably my favorite foss app right now. It could probably be an entire Spotify replacement for a lot of people. And has lots of customization options. Available on F-Droid. Strong recommend for music lovers!
Unfortunately not available on iOS (sorry about that iPhone users ).
