JD Vance has scaled back old man Trump's lavish claims, of Haitian migrants stealing and eating household pets, to the leaner lie of migrants stealing geese from a park and eating them. Once they have finished racistly trashing Haitians without cause, they may find time to think about the healthcare needs of Americans. Or not. But first things first!
