Today's #workout was an "events" day. In #strongman style training/competition that is basically a day dedicated to specialized movements for a show. In the program I'm doing now, they have a day for pressing/moving, another day for loading. It's something I've only ever done half committed mainly because lacking equipment and smaller space to work in. But I'm really trying to make it work best I can.
So for pressing/moving, I did Continental Clean & Press/Sandbag carries. The clean and press is tough cause I don't have bumpers or crash pads. Carrying is tough cause outside is like 2ft of snow everywhere and indoor space is snug. I managed to sort it out where I think it'll work well enough for now. So that's progress!

To nevertheless find a forgotten body after Covid times, when bad habits of wrong nutrition and perhaps too common use of alcohol had created the typical body of a 50+ guy who thinks it's due to age.
