I have a few bucks in my Steam wallet, and Undertale is on 90% sale for about one of those bucks. So, I should buy it, right? I know nothing about it, except this:

Graph of the Steam reviews of Undertale over time. Blue line up is positive reviews, red line down is negative. You can almost not even see the red ones because of the overwhelming blue ones.

System requirements for Undertale on Linux. For "minimum OS" it says "If you can run other games on Steam, it's probably OK"

Tried it... I love the concept, but dear $DIETY trying it was excruciating! Using a game that has a lot of dialogue, where you need to click a button after every sentence, but with a 20 second delay between every button push, well... I got about half way through the first dialogue and just couldn't take it any more. Maybe it might work better on a game with little/no dialogue? Maybe #Undertale?
