【大食い1人前】
スパゲッティ玉 200g
味噌 50g
酢 25cc
みりん 10cc
玉ねぎ半こ
鶏ミンチ 50g
刻み生姜 適量
水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけてスパゲッティに絡みやすくした。
玉ねぎは小さめに刻んだ方が、皿の底に沈みにくい。
七味唐辛子を振ると絶品!
