TIL https://stnv.de is a thing, dating, apparently, back to 2004, though there are not all that many episodes. It's a fan-made #StarTrek series. The episode numbers suggest it's basically S4 of #StarTrekTOS. Apparently it's made with the consent of #Paramount & a #Roddenberry, as long as it isn't used to make money. So it's all free on #YouTube. And not canonical. But they have had #GeorgeTakei, #WalterKoenig & #JohnWinston (Kyle).

Apparently it was originally Star Trek: New Voyages. Now it's Star Trek: Phase II.

Which gets nice & confusing since that refers to Roddenberry's unsuccessful reboot attempt before #StarTrekTMP. And then there was an old series of novels called Star Trek: The New Voyages.

Anyway, the YT series is probably worth a look. At least it has an #Elvis impersonator playing #CaptainKirk.
