Those #health inequities are the legacy of racial #discrimination that was legal from the country's inception until 1965, the type of historical #injustice #DEI policies were designed to correct.

#Trump also rescinded a 1994 EO by fmr Pres Bill #Clinton that directed every #FederalAgency to develop an agency-wide #EnvironmentalJustice strategy to address adverse health or #environmental effects on *minority* & #LowIncome populations.

From the article: "Young people with special educational needs (SEN) experience much higher rates of discrimination and bullying than their peers, leading to worse outcomes in mental wellbeing, life satisfaction, self-esteem and emotional difficulties.

"The findings are from a new report from , a programme co-founded by Anna Freud. The report includes data from over 20,000 young people receiving SEN support or with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in Greater Manchester, Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton.

If you're going to include #captions for the hearing impaired you owe it to your viewers not to #censor the fucking things!

If you're not going to censor a person's voice saying "Fuck... fucking hell we've not got to the offensive stuff yet!" then you're flat out discriminating against your hearing impaired viewers for
#censoring the words on the captions.

Everybody does this and it's fucking bullshit.

The Free Press · Is Donald Trump Breaking the Law? Seven Experts Weigh In.By The Editors

From the article: "Over the past five years, Republican lawmakers have turned anti-trans legislation into a full-blown political obsession. What began as a handful of bills targeting sports participation and so-called religious exemptions has metastasized into a sweeping campaign against nearly every facet of transgender life—bathroom access, IDs, medical care, even the legality of one’s identity. In 2020, there were just over 100 bills aimed at LGBTQ+ people. In 2025, that number has ballooned to more than 850, the vast majority singling out transgender Americans. What we are witnessing now is not a legislative trend—it’s a coordinated nationwide crusade."

Tran is now feeling both the “pressure of representing a community in a specific way,” and the struggle of continuing to work through her own internalized misogyny, racism and homophobia. But the actor wants “to live in a world where there is a generation after me that does not have any of that.”
