I was reminded this evening that my younger niece is a big Dr Who fan. "Oh," I told my sister, "I've got a blog post explaining how to make a fez. In any size you want." Wilfred the drunken cuddly penguin wearing a red Dr Who fez which fits him perfectly. Wilfred is grey and white, with a yellow beak and orange feet; he is cross-eyed and his beak is kind of wonky, and he has a red ribbon round his neck with three little bells on it.
