NOTICE INVOKING STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE The Executive Branch hereby notifies the Court that no further information will be provided in response to the Court's March 18, 2025 Minute Order based on the state secrets privilege and the concurrently filed declarations of the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Homeland Security. This is a case about the President's plenary authority, derived from Article II and the mandate of the electorate, and reinforced by longstanding statute, to remove from the homeland designated terrorists participating in a state-sponsored invasion of, and predatory incursion into, the United States. The Court has all of the facts it needs to address the compliance issues before it. Further intrusions on the Executive Branch would present dangerous and wholly unwarranted separation-of-powers harms with respect to diplomatic and national security concerns that the Court lacks competence to address. Accordingly, the states secrets privilege forecloses further demands for details that have no place in this matter, and the government will address the Court's order to show cause tomorrow by demonstrating that there is no basis for the suggestion of non-compliance with any binding order.

The people #Trump deported had no opportunity to apply for habeas. The planes started leaving 2 hours after Trump’s proclamation was signed.

Just released a 37-page ruling from Chief Judge James #Boasberg, denying the #Trump administration request to vacate its TROs preventing the government from enforcing the #AlienEnemiesAct against #Venezuelans.

No one subject to the #AEA can be deported without a hearing.

Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country! These people are Lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings. Lawyers endlessly search the United States for these Judges, and file lawsuits as quickly as they find them. It is then the obligation of Law abiding Agencies of Government to have these "Orders" overturned. The danger is unparalleled! These Judges want to assume the Powers of the Presidency, without having to attain 80 Million Votes. They want all of the advantages with none of the risks. Again, a President has to be allowed to act quickly and decisively about such matters as returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE. It is our goal to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and such a high aspiration can never be done if Radical and Highly Partisan Judges are allowed to stand in the way of JUSTICE. STOP NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. The national security implications also support immediate review. The Court's orders, global in scope, makes further removals of TdA members impossible during this critical period. Even when a person does not pose a threat, removal delayed tends to become removal denied. Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678, 696 (2001). That is true a fortiori when dealing with some of the most dangerous criminals on Earth. Plaintiffs agree immediate appeal is available from an order removing an alien "to a country where he alleged" he will face harm (Opp. at 7, citing Belbacha, 520 F.3d at 458)—but insists the government cannot immediately appeal an order that may make it impossible to transfer out of our country highly dangerous individuals who are dedicated to causing harm to the American people. That cannot be right.
