Todd Blanche, the deputy attorney general, criticized the judge who had issued the temporary restraining order.
The New York Times · Trump Administration Cites Alien Enemies Act as It Plans New ExtraditionsBy Devlin Barrett

Today “…the US
Court of Appeals [in DC]…will hear arguments on whether to stay a temporary restraining order…which is currently barring summary removals of alleged members of Tren de Aragua, a #Venezuelan criminal gang, under the #AlienEnemiesAct of 1798…While the government’s compliance or noncompliance with Boasberg’s oral order is…a live issue…today’s appellate court hearing is about…whether #Boasberg had jurisdiction to issue that order....”

DefaultThe Upcoming Court of Appeals Argument in the Alien Enemies Act CaseThe discussion will revolve around jurisdiction, not contempt.

WTF?!

“President Trump is once again raising eyebrows with his claim on Friday that he didn’t actually sign a proclamation invoking the arcane 1778 wartime law, which his administration leaned on to carry out last weekend’s night flight deportation of alleged #Venezuelan gang members to El Salvador…”

1. A crown sitting on top of a soccer ball with a rosary.
2. The word "Dios" (God).
3. The hand symbol for rock and roll.
4. And "I love you" in ASL.

These four things got a
#Venezuelan professional #football (#soccer) #player, and children's soccer #coach, #deported and sent to El Salvador to be sold off into slavery.

This is the
#America #Trump is creating.

Maybe if we're lucky some Country will invade us and bring democracy back.
