Turns out #Fuji #X100 was announced in 2010. It's 15y old this year. Pretty good for a #digital #camera. Still working well and making amazing photos. Even the battery is still fine. Few years later X100S was introduced, then T and F. It started to go downhill from that. F had already redesigned user #interface and added Wifi. Next model V changed the #design even further, loosing the dial switch and adding lots of useless features, increasing the price. Current model is VI and it costs €1800.-

#Fuji #X100 is probably my favoured #digital #photo #camera but for some reason I'm not that exited about the new #medium #format option, teased by Fuji recently. First of all, the design of X100 has changed a lot in its 6 iterations and not for the better. Especially the user interface of the recent models is not great, more similar to a smartphone than a camera. The other problem is the #price. Latest X100 was €1800.- and medium format will easily double that number if not more.
