"You're open to anything, eh?"

"Yeah, that's what I wrote in my profile."

"Kiss me, then."

"What?"

"Prove that you're open to anything. Kiss me."

"No. I'm not gay!"

"But you're open to ANY-THING!"

"My profile also says that I'm straight."

"Yes, but still open to anything."

"Well, the straight bit wins."

"You lied."

"How so?"

"You said you were open to anything."

"I mean that I'm relatively open-minded."

"Why not say this, then?"

"Say what?"

"That you are open-minded. Why did you have to say that you're open to anything?"

"I don't know."

"Why did you think I was interested in you?"

"Oh, I thought you wanted to sell me cell phone service."

"Well... that's not untrue."

"See!"

"At first, yes, I wanted to sell you cell phone service, but when I saw your eyes, my heart melted."

Many authors, artists, and "content creators" have signed up with Amazon as “affiliates”.
Find one you’d like to support, and bookmark one of their Amazon links (doesn’t matter which one).
Any time you use that link to visit Amazon’s web site, they’ll get a small commission (usually 2 – 10%)
on anything you buy.
Notice I said “
– people often assume this works only if you buy the item that’s linked to, but it’s not so.
Once you’ve clicked the link, you can search for anything you want and, as long as you haven’t left Amazon’s site, the affiliate who took you there gets their cut.
So, it’s really easy:
pick someone you’d like to support,
bookmark one of their links,
and use it as your doorway to Amazon.
That’s it! It won’t make any difference to the price you pay
and you won’t be identified to the person you’ve chosen to support,
but a buck or two will move from ’ pocket to theirs.
