This man illustrated something we all need to see. And I'm not even talking about what he did or said.
Its how the news about him is treated.
In my whole life, I have never seen such an obvious propaganda effort from the ruling class to protect evil and its power. I've never even used the term "ruling class" until now, as it sounded too conspiratorial. Its not.
I understand now.

This seems important. This person in Massachusetts had their oil tank serviced by the oil company regularly, yet when it cracked open and leaked oil they were financially responsible for the cleanup because they didn’t have the rider in their homeowners insurance.

It seems crazy that you could pay someone to service your oil tank and then when it breaks open because they didn’t say anything all those years it’s all on you.

So for want of saying and the thinking the word "allegedly" enough this case might all fall apart.

IF the judges(who are also part of acab) are convinced the prosecution will not be able to talk about or use the fake ID charge, the gun charge and possibly the entire initial arrest as evidence.

So now the fed and state prosecutors fighting an insanely challenging battle where EVERYONE involved rushed to judgement and made massive public statements casting aside Luigi's presumption of innocence at every single step.

Everyone from the first beat cops who made contact, to regional politicians from both sides of the aisle, they all handed Luigi an unusually strong 4th amendment defense.

Accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione has mounted a defense which calls into question the key evidence in the case and officer's sloppy arrest process.

When the first cops arrived at McD's they told Luigi he was loitering and that he wasn't welcome there. At the same time they blocked his path and immediately began interrogating him and eventually searching him without reading him his Miranda rights or ever mentioning the actual reason for the stop.
