as much as i love the race music, i appreciate this mod existing because it gives a purpose to the licensed music in the game outside of intro FMVs for bosses/crew...and checkpoint races/free roam, i guess.
seriously though. it's a small mod but well worth having i think. give it a try if you're thinking of replaying nfs carbon.

#Lutris got 5 (!) installers for #NeedForSpeed III: Hot Pursuit. Only one of them works.
Wonder if this works nicely over the internet.

My resource on speedrun.com in the NFS Carbon category has the Exotic route I made. Unfortunately, because I was a big dum-dum, this image was hosted on a Discord server & was lost for god knows how long. Clicking the link in the speedrun.com page would result in a "not found" error.
Thanks to some sorcery, I was able to get it back. Posting it here on Mastodon so it doesn't get lost again.

I have this very odd copy of Need for Speed II SE, which seems to be a bootleg. Anyone ever seen one of those? It looks cheap as hell, but is actually a pressed CD (not a CD-R) and the copy protection is intact and working.
Supports English and Spanish, so maybe this was from Mexico maybe?
