Everyone wants to grow #old nobody wants to be old.

I do want to grow old and then be old, but I have to be careful – I've noticed this – to avoid spontaneous coughing , because one #muscle or another no longer knows it exists and then it gets funny!

➞ The most important thing in #old age is to always eat well , have warm feet and rest and #relaxation
➞ That's what I think. But what do I know?
