#Duolingo finally has spoken exercises for Korean.

Now if only it did any checking whatsoever.

I know I mangled a couple of those bc I auto-piloted to the wrong ending particle.

One time I only got half way through the exercise bc I was trying to be careful about that. It interrupted me, before I even finished.

And it was like: "Great job! :blobcatthumbsup:"

Like... No... no it wasn't. It wasn't even a finished job.

If you took in-person classes for learning the Dutch language in Amsterdam, and you felt they helped, can you tell me where you took them? I need to get to at least A2 by November, but preferably B1.

If its after 17:00 on weekdays, the closer to the rings the better. If its weekends, it can be anywhere in Amsterdam. :amsterdam:

En förvånansvärt svår sak att vänja sig med på kinesiska är att de backar in i framtiden.

前年 ⇒ framför-år ⇒ förrförra året
后年 ⇒ bakom-år ⇒ nästnästa år

Dåtiden kan du se, så den är framför dig, och då följer det naturligtvis att framtiden är bakom dig.

One thing to remember is for -nen nouns, replace the nen with s then treat as a consonant ending (so nainen becomes naista). He must have explained that in a previous video, but forgot to mention it here.

(No moi! Katson Joista?! 😆)
