Todays #Positivity is feeling well enough to exercise for the first time in a week. Still felt tired but completed a polymeric session without any obvious signs of distress.
Plan is to get back to running on Friday.

I got the final injection for the pneumococcal vaccine and am feeling the side effects today along with a sore arm so the day will be spent lying around and napping and reading. Todays #Running and #Positivity are the same thing.
Was stuck in a late meeting so could join my club run. I have also had a slightly sore throat for a couple of days.
So ran alone as I didn’t want to risk infecting club mates with a cold a few weeks before big marathons (or any of them to be fair). Felt really easy and churned out a reasonably quick 10k showing I am in good shape.
