I have a problem I've never had before-

I am almost underweight and need to start eating more food.

I am 159 at 6 foot 2. I was big most of my childhood and adult life, never getting below 210, and being about 320 at my highest 2-3 years ago.

When I stopped antipsychotics I never needed, and drugs about 2 years ago, the weight rapidly melted away.

I am on the low end of a Healthy BMI. Almost underweight though O.o

I have an excuse to FEAST!

1. Even with the bad night and not feeling that great, I closed my fitness rings and got over 10,000 steps in today.
2. Received message from the doc office that they’ve sent a referral to an ENT and Allergy clinic to have my hearing checked and see if there’s anything they can do to improve my hearing.
3. It was a glorious day with temps reaching 80 and the windows are still open.

・斜め懸垂:20回 x3

肩辺りの筋肉痛があったにせよ、マッスルアップが調子悪すぎて全然挙がらなかった…
前回良い感覚掴めたと思ったのに悔しい😾
こんな状態でも懸垂は問題なく消化できたので、次回から1セットあたりの回数を+1するか💪
