Who here has followed thinking on how abortion rights ballot measures might be affecting voting in such battleground states as Arizona, Florida, and Nevada? My hope, anyway, is that prevailing abortion rights sentiment will help Kamala Harris and Democrats, everywhere it is at issue, in the elections and that it will dim chances for Worn Out and Crazy Old Man 45. Nap time for Donald.

Nebraska, it seems to me, has both an abortion rights measure and a forced birth measure on its ballot.

It is of some interest to me that Maine's second Congressional district is considered to be a swing district. It is my old home area.

Abortion rights already have been written into Vermont's state constitution. Nonetheless, this article has good information about states that will not honor popular will when the popular will opposes the state's cherished forced birth policy.
