In #Germany, one can order stuff on #Lieferando (the local branding for #GrubHub) to basically any place and pay with #PayPal.

  • And since everyone has a right to a basic bank account and PayPal verifies a bank account with a 1¢ transfer to it, they technically and theoretically could have that ready and order some food for that.

But why would they pay €10+delivery if they could get the same food as takeaway for half that amount?

When you tip your server/delivery-person a percentage, what amount is that percentage from?

Example Bill:
$20 - food
$2 - delivery fee
$1 - service fee
$2 - tax

Let's assume we'll tip 20%.
How much is a 20% tip on this bill?
